Make plans to check out this estate auction thats being held for Marsha Carnahan & her late husband, Terry Carnahan. Both the land & equipment will be sold on the farm. The personal property auction will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the real estate being sold at 10:00 a.m.

The real estate portion of the auction will consist of 72 acres located in the West Half of Section 10 of Birmingham Township in Schuyler County, Illinois. This farm will be sold in 3 individual tracts including a country home. We will also be selling 9 acres which is located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 21 of Bethel Township in McDonough County, Illinois. This tract will also include an older country home.
